Shipping & Returns

The dispatch takes place, if possible, from stock. If any article is not available, it will be as soon as possible delivered. We make free partial deliveries after our own discretion. If this is not wished, then contact us.

Shipping costs in Switzerland: Free shipping. Signed-for delivery Sfr. 9.00.
Forwarding expenses foreign country: A forwarding expenses lump sum of Sfr. 14.- is computed. Signed-for delivery Sfr. 20.-.
Surcharge for Orders below minimum Sfr. 60.-: we will charge Fr. 4.50.

Exchange in Case of provable production errors takes place, if these are communicated within 4 days after receipt. Returns are only accepted if you earlier contact our customer service by email and gave you a "back transmission number". Please note that many of our articles in manual work are manufactured and painted, so that these articles easily differently in size, form and colour to fail to be able. A conversion because of "You don’t like it" is in principle impossible. The costs of returns cannot be taken over for logistic reasons
Possible expenses for not fetched supplies (in particular cash-on-delivery items), respectively. Goods returned due to incomplete or wrong address specifications are charged for.

If an article should not be available, not at all or only temporary, we contact the customers for an replacement which can be selected, respectively Cancellation by email contact. If the customer cannot be contacted because of missing or invalid email address, the order stays open, until the pending article is available again, or the order will be cancelled.

Orders will be send by post office or another suitable transport enterprise.
The buyer takes the risk of transport.

The responsibility for the article selection carries excluding the customer.
